Chief Human Resources Officer

The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Human Resources function, ensuring the formulation and execution of an integrated HR strategy that supports the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. The CHRO oversees the full HR spectrum, including organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and HR governance. The role ensures that HR frameworks, policies, and initiatives promote institutional excellence, nationalization, operational efficiency, and compliance with applicable labor laws, while positioning the organization as an Employer of Choice.

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategy, policies, and governance frameworks in line with the organization’s goals and international best practices.
• Lead comprehensive HR governance across budgeting, legal and regulatory compliance, vendor and outsourcing partnerships, knowledge management, and performance management systems.
• Oversee manpower forecasting, nationalization, and succession planning strategies to ensure workforce alignment with organization priorities.
• Lead the review and refinement of pay and benefits policies through data-driven studies and benchmarking exercises.
• Ensure HR strategies embed quality, excellence, and employee wellbeing contributing to the organization’s positioning as an Employer of Choice.
