Experience

Expert level- 14+ years

In this role, you will drive learning and development programs, assess training needs, and design knowledge enhancement solutions aligned with Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Fresh Graduate Development Plans (FGDP).

You will collaborate with leadership to build a robust talent development strategy, ensuring effective succession planning and career development activities.

As a key advisor, you will administer the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring its effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

Additionally, you will analyze organizational structures, culture, and performance metrics to implement targeted interventions and foster a high‑performing work environment.
