Job Description We are looking for an experienced and highly organized

Project Manager

to oversee and execute company projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Requirements Education

Bachelor’s Degree in

Business Administration

or

Hotel Management

(required)

Experience

Minimum

7 years of experience

in project management or a related leadership role

Experience working with organizations having :

200+ employees

Annual turnover of 10 million SAR or more

Skills & Competencies

Excellent

English communication

skills (written & verbal)

Strong

leadership, team management, and decision-making

abilities

Deep understanding of

project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.)

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

Ensure projects are delivered

on time ,

within budget , and

meeting quality standards

Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management

Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Maintain documentation, contracts, and project records following company standards

Ensure compliance with company policies and project governance frameworks
