About the Role Our client — a leading therapy center in Doha dedicated to supporting children with special needs — is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with children with a range of developmental, physical, and sensory challenges, and will be passionate about helping them achieve greater independence and confidence in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children with various developmental and sensory processing needs.

Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s goals and progress.

Deliver engaging therapeutic interventions that enhance children’s fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities.

Work closely with speech therapists, behavioral therapists, and educators as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Guide and educate families and caregivers on home programs, exercises, and progress tracking.

Document all sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately and in a timely manner.

Participate in regular case reviews, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, including hands‑on work with pediatric cases and children with special needs.

Strong understanding of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and behavioral management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children and families.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
