Overview The Lead Therapist is an essential member of Spa’s leadership team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

Responsibilities

Conduct weekly inventory

Assist with ordering in Birchstreet

Train employees on standards and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of Spa areas

Organize professional and back stock items

Ensure consistency of service and Spa protocols meet brand standards

Ensure presentation of Spa products and services meets brand standards

Support the success of retail sales and track achievement of sales goals for the team
