Design Manager- Fit Out

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Design Manager to lead our fit-out projects in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our team you will oversee the entire design process for commercial and residential fit-out projects ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and adhere to local regulations.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the design process for fit-out projects from concept to completion
• Lead and mentor a team of designers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocations
• Collaborate with clients architects contractors and suppliers to ensure project success
• Review and approve design concepts drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and sustainability standards in Qatar
• Present design concepts and progress reports to clients and stakeholders
• Implement quality control measures throughout the design and execution phases
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design solutions
