Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects including advertisements, packaging, websites, etc. Lead and guide a team of designers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations Present ideas and designs to clients for approval or feedback Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design processes Qualifications

Indian nationality preferred Fluent in English language Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role A strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills and creative vision Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Ability to lead and manage a team of designers and collaborate with other departments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
