Summary

The role leads a team of architects in designing enterprise-grade cloud and infrastructure solutions. It involves defining strategies for cloud adoption, hybrid infrastructure design, standardization, governance, and ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cloud and infrastructure architects
• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms
• Drive cloud adoption strategies, migrations, and optimizations for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models
• Build hybrid infrastructure integrating on-prem with cloud-native services
• Define and enforce governance, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevOps, network, and application teams for cohesive delivery
• Prepare HLDs, LLDs, and present architectural documentation to stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and ensure designs meet SLAs, scalability, and security needs
• Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions to capture requirements
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service design
