Headhunter + Client Delivery Lead (AGM) | Enabling Growth Across All Industries in Qatar, UAE, KSA, Kuwait & Oman Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure across on-premises data centers and cloud platforms, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Manage and support core infrastructure components including networks, security systems, and databases such as Oracle DB, Oracle WebLogic, MongoDB, and JasperReports. Oversee deployment and performance optimization of enterprise-grade hardware, including HR systems, storage solutions, and SPARC servers. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of client-hosted managed data center services. Collaborate closely with software development teams to align infrastructure with deployment architecture and application requirements. Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Lead network architecture and cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard company assets and client data. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot database environments, with emphasis on Oracle and NoSQL technologies. Drive cloud migration strategies, hybrid infrastructure setups, and disaster recovery planning within OCI and other cloud ecosystems. Act as a primary interface with clients to understand infrastructure needs, manage expectations, and deliver tailored hosting solutions. Supervise and mentor technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure and managed services. Core Competencies & Skills

15 to 20 years’ experience in offering Managed IT services to the clients, preferably working with Software development companies Proven leadership and team management capabilities Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Effective communicator with the ability to bridge technical and client-facing teams Familiarity with ITIL practices, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance standards Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Seniority level
