Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure across on-premises data centers and cloud platforms, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Manage and support core infrastructure components including networks, security systems, and databases such as Oracle DB, Oracle WebLogic, MongoDB, and JasperReports.
• Oversee deployment and performance optimization of enterprise-grade hardware, including HR systems, storage solutions, and SPARC servers.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of client-hosted managed data center services.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams to align infrastructure with deployment architecture and application requirements.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead network architecture and cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard company assets and client data.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot database environments, with emphasis on Oracle and NoSQL technologies.
• Drive cloud migration strategies, hybrid infrastructure setups, and disaster recovery planning within OCI and other cloud ecosystems.
• Act as a primary interface with clients to understand infrastructure needs, manage expectations, and deliver tailored hosting solutions.
• Supervise and mentor technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure and managed services.
