As a Talent Recruiter, you will join the Talent Acquisition department, shaping the teams behind QIC’s digital ecosystem, connecting top talent across borders and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and purpose. Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment cycle from intake briefing to offer negotiation Act as a partner to hiring managers, defining hiring needs and strategies Guide candidates through the process and create a smooth, positive journey for them Screen and assess candidates’ technical background and motivation Use funnel metrics (time to hire, conversion rates, market trends, etc.) to influence hiring decisions Contribute to improving recruitment workflows and broader HR initiatives Requirements
3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (Engineering, Data, Product) Experience in hiring across the Middle East region is a huge plus Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build effective collaboration Capacity to work independently on complex searches while managing multiple priorities Solid understanding of developer roles and the software development process Outstanding communication and organizational skills We offer
