Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.

Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for escalated desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis for persistent or high-impact incidents.
Ensure consistent configuration and security compliance for end-user systems.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams on major hardware deployments.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset updates.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent preferred.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IT field support, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Experience supporting complex technical environments and multi-platform end-user devices.
