Senior Sales Manager (Automotive)

As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with proven expertise in the automotive sector.

Role Overview The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.

Ensure compliance with OEM standards, processes, and KPIs.

Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead management to customer handover.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM partners, and key stakeholders.

Drive initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and repeat business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

10–15 years of proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends, customer needs, and OEM compliance standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
