Automobile Dealership Experience - American Auto Sales Manager
Maintain an adequate sales force.
Counsel, advise, assist, and direct the sales team and showroom staff in their activities.
Interview potential sales employees and make hiring recommendations.
Assess the performance of the sales team and facilitate their development through training and personal growth opportunities.
Conduct ongoing training based on recognized sales methods, techniques, and company policies and procedures.
Monitor local market competition, customer preferences, industry trends, and relay insights and recommendations to senior management. Initiate vehicle orders from suppliers.
