Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 6-8 years of experience in IT operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role. Experience in the financial sector Responsibilities
Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and databases. Ensure IT service delivery processes meet user needs and follow change control protocols. Liaise with external vendors for support contracts, SLAs, and software licensing. Supervise junior IT staff and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
