Senior Contracts Manager

Role Summary

• Provide leadership and direction to the Contracts Management and Commercial Management Teams;
• The Contracts / Commercial Management function includes the oversight of the contract / commercial deliverable requirements of the General Engineering Consultants (GECs) and Contractors, agreeing associated strategies, standards, procurement solutions and monitoring compliance by both the GEC’s and Contractors of their contract requirements;

Will work in association with all programme systems, covering the entire life cycle of project delivery, including project planning, design, tender, construction, maintenance, and handing over.

Qualifications

Interacts with the Corporate Regional and Global Offices to support PWA specific needs and to implement best international practices. As well as coordinating with Tender Committees and PWA departments inter alia, Engineering Service Department, Finance and Legal Department.
