Contracts Manager

Our client is one of the largest non-profit healthcare providers in the Middle East.

To help with their phenomenal growth, they require Contract Managers who will be placed in the Department of Contract and Tender responsible to lead the Contracts Section staff to ensure that best practice is followed in all contracting and vendor management processes and that the organisation is receiving value for money.

The role will necessitate forming strategic relationships with several end users in the hospital to include clinicians from all departments, engineering, hospital administrators, Executive Directors and personnel with strategic management roles as well as dealing within materials management in respect of key supply or service contracts.

Language Requirements

English - Very Good

Arabic - Fluent / Excellent

Job Skills

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in economics, business or law with 6–8 years in a senior management position in contracts within a commercial business enterprise or government environment.

A working knowledge of financial analysis of contracts and accounting matters especially in the areas of budgeting and management and cost accounting is necessary.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Arabic as a first or second language will be considered an advantage.
