IT Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an IT Project Manager with expertise in risk and compliance management, digital transformation, and data-driven process optimization. The ideal candidate will oversee systems and processes to ensure regulatory alignment, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess internal systems for compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Audit business operations, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify risks and guide teams in developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives focused on digitalization, automation, and internal process optimization.
• Develop and automate Power BI dashboards and reports integrated with Azure DevOps for KPI tracking and lifecycle reporting.
• Coordinate interdependent projects using Agile methodologies and value prioritization principles.
• Maintain complete project documentation including plans, Gantt charts, risk registers, briefs, and change requests.
• Influence and manage cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and project stakeholders.
