Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all guests, members of the hotel health club, and recreation facilities.
Ensure smooth daily operations of the reception area and manage bookings.
Promote membership and deliver outstanding guest service in line with hotel standards.
Qualifications
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Guest Service Officer in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Schedule flexibility and ability to multitask.
