Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in the animal feed or aquafeed (fish feed) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our feed products, strengthen brand awareness, and drive business growth in domestic and / or international markets. The role requires strong industry knowledge, technical understanding of feed products, and an ability to translate market insights into effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals for animal / fish feed products.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.

Create and manage product positioning, branding, and messaging across multiple channels.

Work closely with sales, R&D, and technical teams to support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement.

Organize and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, email marketing, and website content.

Analyse campaign performance and marketing ROI; adjust strategies accordingly.

Build strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and industry influencers.

Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all marketing activities.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of 'relevant marketing management' experience in the animal feed or aquaculture / fish feed industry.

Deep understanding of feed formulation, livestock or fish nutrition, and customer segments.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with B2B marketing and distributor / channel partner management.

Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.

Ability to travel as needed for market visits, events, and customer interactions.

Preferred Skills :

Multilingual abilities (especially if handling international markets).

Familiarity with feed industry regulations and certifications (e.g., GMP+, FAMI-QS, HACCP).

Technical writing or content creation skills related to animal / fish nutrition.
