Our company partners with leading brands to secure high-profile talent for fixed-term assignments. The candidate selected for this project will be working directly as a consultant embedded within our customer’s internal team. (Corporate Multinational, Leader in the industry) as a team member in a contractor capacity. Currently, we’re seeking a candidate for a 12-month contractor position (extendable)

Manager (5+ years of experience)

Compensation : Based on the seniority and experience of the candidate

Duration : 12-month contract with employment agency (extendable for additional 12-month periods)

Location : Doha , Qatar (On-site at our customer’s offices)

Employer : Employment with Digital Future Middle East FZ-LLC , working directly as a consultant embedded within our customer’s internal team.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Measurement Specialist to lead data-driven marketing initiatives for a leading corporate brand. The role focuses on optimizing campaign performance, developing measurement frameworks, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, social, and search channels.
  • Define KPIs and build performance dashboards to track ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize targeting, creative, and spend.
  • Manage A / B tests and conversion tracking to improve results.
  • Oversee agencies and ensure accurate tagging and reporting.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in campaign optimization and ROI improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performance-driven B2B or service industry marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Marketing Platform, Meta Blueprint, or related tools.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Experience working on regional or multinational campaigns across GCC markets
