Director of Admissions & Marketing (DAM)

Location : Etqan Global Academy, Doha

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Director of Admissions & Marketing (DAM) to join our team at Etqan Global Academy in Doha. We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and creative admissions and marketing leader to drive student enrolment, build brand reputation, and ensure families receive an exceptional experience at every stage of their journey with the school.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the school’s Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC) strategy to drive enrolment growth and retention.
  • Deliver an exceptional Family Experience Journey, ensuring outstanding interactions from awareness to advocacy.
  • Oversee the development and execution of the school’s brand, communications, and marketing plans.
  • Use data and insights to drive decision‑making, optimise performance, and enhance conversion rates.
  • Manage the MAC budget and ensure effective use of CRM (Salesforce) for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the Principal, Regional Admissions & Marketing Director, and school leadership to align strategies and deliver on performance goals.
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing a high‑performing MAC team across admissions, marketing, and communications.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders such as relocation agents, embassies, feeder schools, and key accounts to increase visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (essential).
  • Minimum seven years’ experience in brand building, marketing, and / or sales roles, ideally within a service‑based organisation.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to coach and inspire.
  • Strong project management, planning, and analytical skills, with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A data‑driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Digital fluency and understanding of multi‑channel marketing (owned, earned, and paid media).
