The College of Engineering and Technology invites applications for Logistics and Maintenance Officer role.

Responsibilities

Ensure all equipment's functionality, proper maintenance, and calibration. Obtains an appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do specific works. Display proficiency in the equipment maintenance process. Maintain equipment records and documentation. Organize the allocation and distribution of training materials, equipment, and supplies while maintaining accurate records and implementing inventory control measures to ensure adequate stock levels for ongoing and upcoming training programs. Maintain comprehensive records of logistics activities, including inventory movements, facility coordination, and supply chain optimization efforts. Establish reports on logistical operations and identify areas for operational improvement. Facilitate the regular monitoring and updating of implemented tools. Ensure compliance with safety rules, while implementing security measures for storing and transporting training materials to establish a secure and regulatory-complaint environment. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Ensure adherence to UDST protocol and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Education :

Diploma in any Engineering disciplines from a recognized, accredited institution

Preferred Experience

3+ years of technical experience in a university setting.

Language

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Bilingual in English and Arabic is preferable
