Tavola is an omni-channel company specializing in marketing high-end kitchenware and culinary essentials. We are seeking an experienced Category Manager for our kitchenware category. As a Category Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and performance of the kitchenware category across our retail and distribution channels. Your responsibilities will include : Collaborating with the brands team in Dubai and local teams in Qatar to drive category performance. Growing sales across all retail stores and assigned channels. Expanding the product assortment within the kitchenware category to meet market demand and customer preferences. Delivering regular product and sales training to in-store staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service. Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Coordinating with the brand and marketing teams to secure promotional materials for WhatsApp and local social media platforms; supporting the creation of locally relevant content when needed. Assisting the distribution sales team in negotiations with key accounts and providing support as required. Recommending optimal timing and channels for new product launches based on market insights. Developing strategies to retain and engage VIP customers, ensuring long-term loyalty. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have : A relevant academic background in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in category management, preferably within the culinary or kitchenware industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Fluency in both English and Arabic.
