Analyze EPOS data and provide insights to the sales team on consumer insights and market trends. Coach and mentor all team members, especially direct reports, for performance and work closely with them during the various stages of the performance cycle (goal setting, performance evaluations, etc.). Collaborate with existing suppliers to expand product categories and also work with new potential suppliers to expand into new product categories to generate revenues. Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility and develop planograms. Devise long-term development strategies for product categories. Develop strategic plans for new product launches and exit strategies for unsuccessful products. QUALIFICATIONS At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a Professional Degree in Retail and Distribution Management. Preferably, a Master’s Degree in International Business, Marketing, or Communication. Work experience in related sectors such as distribution, channel management, or luxury retail industry. Working knowledge of channel management, supply chain management, relations, marketing campaigns, events management, staff supervision, and motivation. Must have a commercial mindset with an understanding of sales and profitability. Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods. Proficient in MS Office. An analytical mind with strategic abilities. Excellent communication and people skills.
