Growth & Demand Generation Strategist — We’re seeking a Growth & Demand Generation Strategist to lead GTM efforts across inbound, outbound, and content. You’ll design, execute, and scale campaigns while bringing strategic insight into what’s working and where we double down.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for inbound and outbound lead gen
- Develop campaigns across SEO, social, content, and outbound outreach
- Identify and test new GTM channels and tactics
- Use data to optimize lead flow, conversion, and pipeline quality
- Partner with leadership to shape GTM playbooks and long-term growth strategy
Requirements
4–6 years in growth, demand gen, or GTM rolesProven track record of running and scaling successful campaignsStrong grasp of tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, etc.)Data-driven, with ability to link campaigns to pipeline impactComfortable balancing execution with higher-level GTM strategy#J-18808-Ljbffr
