Description

We are seeking a Supervisor HSE to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices within our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks in the workplace.
• Lead and participate in safety training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, providing recommendations for corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Prepare reports and present findings on HSE performance to management and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into operational planning.
