We’d love to have you back—this time to shape insights that guide national-level campaigns in Doha. Role : Data Analyst – OmniGOV, Qatar

Location : Doha, Qatar

Role purpose : Support OmniGOV government clients by turning campaign and audience data into actionable insights. Build reporting structures, dashboards, and analyses that evaluate effectiveness and guide future investment decisions.

Responsibilities

Collect and integrate data from multiple sources including Google, Meta, TikTok, DV360, publishers and client datasets.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency, validating and resolving discrepancies.

Build and maintain live dashboards using Power BI, Google Data Studio or Tableau to track campaign KPIs in real time.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities, risks and areas for optimisation.

Support attribution models, ROI analyses and econometric studies, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

Collaborate closely with planners and performance teams to embed insights into strategy and provide ad-hoc analytical support for government presentations and reviews.

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably in media / marketing.

Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

Ability to simplify complex data into clear client stories.

Applicants must have prior experience working on the Government account at OMG.

Flexible Working Omnicom Media Group supports flexibility with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two remote). Standard hours are 9 : 30–17 : 30, with core hours 10 : 30–16 : 30 for flexibility. Examples include starting at 8 : 30 and finishing at 16 : 30 or starting at 10 : 30 and finishing at 18 : 30.
