Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operations ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Manage daily bar operations including staff scheduling inventory control and financial reporting
• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs that align with current trends and customer preferences
• Train and mentor bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws health regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase bar revenue
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for beverage purchases
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Organize and oversee special events and promotions to drive business
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for all beverages and bar services
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas to enhance the bar's offerings and atmosphere
