Overview Doha Hub Trading and Marketing - specialized in importing and distributing food products, is looking for Sales Coordinator & Account Manager (Outdoor) (Full-time).
Responsibilities
Search for new business opportunities (hypermarkets, restaurants, hotels, etc.).
Coordinate regular visits to our sales branches and clients.
Collect monthly invoices and payments.
Prepare and organize invoices and sales quantities for branches.
Follow up on supply orders via email and client communication.
Requirements
Valid Qatar Residence Permit.
Valid Qatar Driving License.

Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Manage and maintain customer databases.
Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
Create and generate sales reports.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Develop and execute strategies to strengthen client relationships.
Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met.
Increase revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop account plans and deliver proposals to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client needs and orders.
Analyze client data and market trends to provide strategic insights.
