Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for manpower services. Maintain strong communication with clients regarding requirements, documentation, and deployment schedules. Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating manpower availability with recruitment teams. Track client inquiries, prepare sales reports, and Market intelligence reports. Responsibilities

Desired Skills & Experience

Transferable Visa (with NOC). Valid Qatar Driving License. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales coordination, preferably in the manpower or recruitment industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking ability. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications

Qatar's experience in the manpower / recruitment sector. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong client relationship management skills.
