Sales coordinator is a support system for the Sales team. They get the job done in absence of Sales Managers. A sales coordinator uses his or her sales experience and leadership skills to motivate sales staff, handle administrative duties, and promote customer satisfaction. The sales coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities but is not responsible for selling products. Responsibility and Duties
Supporting sales team in the closing process of sales transactions in addition to preparing sales and purchase contracts. Maintaining the inventory of properties by following up with properties owners (corporate & individual) on weekly basis and updating the sales properties reference with accurate information (in coordination with the listing agents & Listing admin) Creating monthly training schedules for the agents (in coordination with business development manager) for sales contracts comprehension and closing process requirements. Keeping positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration. Establishing, and administering contractual arrangements and procurement proposals for the sale of properties (all type of listings) Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related information and sales material. Negotiating contract terms with internal and external business partners. Reviewing and updating existing contracts. Explaining terms and conditions to Sales agents and Ensuring that employees understand and comply with company contracts. Collaborating with a legal team to evaluate bids and draft documents. Collecting payment cheques and signed contracts from sales agents and review it. Any other duty assigned by the management. Qualification
Fluent in Arabic and English BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent
