Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

Location : Al-Rayyan, Qatar Salary : 1000$ We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping, with excellent organizational and leadership skills. Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training as needed. Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the property. Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed. Maintain records of expenses, payroll, and other administrative tasks related to the housekeeping department. Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure quality standards are being met. Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services. Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Our Company
