Overview

Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. This is a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of housekeeping staff
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
Prepare work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times
Order supplies and equipment necessary for the efficient operation of the housekeeping department
Maintain inventory of all housekeeping supplies and ensure proper storage and usage
Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations
Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage to provide excellent overall guest experience

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel setting

Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, products, and techniques

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Good organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary

Salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
