Job Summary :
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of a major Facilities Management project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, extensive experience in the FM sector within Qatar, and fluency in Arabic to effectively manage client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the FM project in alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of project operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in FM operations.
- Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and provide strategic input to senior management.
Prequalification / Certification :
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.Valid UPDA Grade A Certificate is mandatory .Minimum 15 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the Facilities Management field in the State of Qatar .Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is required .Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven track record in managing large-scale FM projects.Proficiency in project management tools and FM software.PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.Why choose AtkinsRéalis?
