The role involves analyzing tender documents, identifying material and labor requirements, obtaining quotations, and preparing competitive bids in compliance with project specifications and standards.

Preparation of Detailed and Accurate Cost Estimates

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fire protection, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify material, labor, and equipment requirements.
