Responsibilities :
Manage, organize, and control all Safety & Loss Prevention documentation as per company and regulatory standards.
Prepare periodic reports and support section activities including scheduling, filing, and record management.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments ensuring accurate information flow and compliance.
Requirements
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration with 10+ years of experience in document control, technical, or administrative roles within industrial or utility sectors.
Experience in Safety & Loss Prevention environments and handling large volumes of documentation efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Excel) with strong English / Arabic communication skills.
