SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a Consultant / Specialist in Family Medicine to join our innovative and patient-focused healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of various ages, focusing on both preventive and therapeutic aspects of family medicine. As a key member of our medical staff, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of healthcare issues, emphasizing not only treatment but also health education and preventive measures designed to improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough assessments of patients, including detailed medical history reviews and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions effectively. Develop individualized treatment plans, promoting preventative health measures and lifestyle changes. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with established standards. Engage in ongoing education and research to stay current with the latest developments in family medicine. Requirements MD or DO degree with a valid medical license to practice in Family Medicine. Completion of a Family Medicine Residency program. Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a diverse range of medical conditions. Thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices in family medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Compassionate attitude and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to thrive in an independent practice as well as in a collaborative environment. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of medicine.
