We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the effective distribution of products in the market.Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable sales.Ensure effective merchandising and product placement in retail stores.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely deliveries.Provide after-sales service and support to clients.Maintain accurate sales reports and update management on progress.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns.Requirements : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.Strong understanding of the FMCG market, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.A valid Qatar driver’s license.
