Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, selecting menus and developing recipes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and excellent cooking abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure a high quality of food production.
• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure that food is prepared according to the highest standards.
• Hire, train and supervise staff.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Manage kitchen budgets.
• Design menus and develop new recipes.
• Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
