Contracts Engineer

Overview To lead the tendering process of the complete tendering cycle of specific high value and / or critical contracts as identified by Contracts Head i.e. from receipt of request received from sponsoring department(s) until award and contract finalization and supporting Sponsoring Department(s) in contractual / commercial administration and close out of these contracts meeting the requirements in a timely manner and in compliance with approved policies and procedures.

To assess and establish the contractual and commercial conditions of projects from tender to close out stage of contract works in accordance with approved policy and procedures and to oversee contractors' compliance to terms and conditions and the contractual deliverables and activities ensuring fulfilment of contract obligations as and when reported by user department.

Minimum Qualifications

Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Total 10 years of post-qualification experience out of which minimum 5 years in contracts engineering or administration in Oil & Gas industry.

Preferably certifications in contracts and commercial areas

Contractual and Commercial Terms and Conditions Knowledge

Business writing skills

Well versed on Computer software (Word, Excel and Power Point etc.)
