Assistant Manager Human Resources Responsibilities
Support recruitment process
Coordinate onboarding programs
Address employee inquiries and concerns
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and grievances
Support performance review processes and KPI tracking
Monitor and report on performance trends
Coordinate training and development sessions
Identify training needs
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and policies
Maintain employee records and HRIS data
Review and update HR policies and procedures
Prepare HR reports and analytics

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of HR experience
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Experience with HRIS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
