Preparation of necessary reports (condition report, Safety report, and villa move in / out report etc.) Respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and ability to meet / discuss with the tenants on some repeated / sensitive issues if needed. Arrange for site inspection / patrolling in the common areas to monitor and maintain standard of work and completion schedule. Flexibility to work to shift patterns as and when required. To be available 24 / 7 for any emergency call outs. Responsible for the ongoing villas preparation works in order to be handed over on time. To check the daily operations by monitoring the service requests and dispatch to the technicians. Responsible for the inventory of the stock materials in order to keep a minimum quantity needed for emergency. Arrangement of the technicians' overtime / schedule based on site needs. To monitor the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) completion on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly etc. To supervise the ongoing and completions works of all the contractors onsite. Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site. Conduct safety inspections as scheduled. Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time. Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed. Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans. Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to the team. Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed. With Qatar driving license.
