Job Summary
Hiring a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen. The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for contributing to the menu, training junior chefs, and ensuring high-quality food production.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of various dishes according to the menu
- Help in developing new recipes and menu items
- Supervise and train junior chefs in the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
