JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

The role is to manage, implementation, supervise and support a specific SAP financial & controlling FICO module. This role requires basic management skills, consulting skills, vertical business knowledge at specific SAP area, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into Aljazeera business environment in order to achieve expected business results. This role extends to manage group of senior financial consultants

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of FICO SAP sub modules to enhance Aljazeera business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Design, configuration and testing of SAP FICO – FM – BPC as well as integration with other SAP Modules : MM, SD and HCM

Analyze the current business processes and scenarios and recommend / develop solutions to meet Aljazeera needs.

Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products.

Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.

Acts as liaison with Aljazeera team for troubleshooting : investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map Aljazeera business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.

Data migration activities including master & transactional data

Development / enhancements specifications (Z reports, smart forms, and user exists)

Prepare cutover strategy and conducting cutover detailed activities.

Maintenance of FI / CO / FM / BPC SAP System

Monitor and maintain system performance and accuracy of data processing

Resolve system issues by correcting data and / or modifying configurations / programs

Analyze / design / configure / test / communicate with users for minor enhancements.

Lead and manage small / medium scale projects in finance area

Plan and define scope, timeline, and resources for projects

Gather and document user requirements

Education :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferably in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration)

SAP certified in one of SAP modules e.g. FICO, MM. HCM, …etc

Experience :

4+ years of SAP module(s) configuration and implementation experience.

Must have at least 2 full lifecycle SAP Implementation experience E2E (Project Preparation till GoLive)
