Overview
Senior Accountant – City : Al-Khor, Qatar. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The role involves overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards. The candidate will prepare and analyze financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and conduct budgeting and forecasting. This is a contract position requiring a biometric passport and is open to Indian and Egyptian nationals.
Salary : $1400 per month
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities
- Handle tax filings and compliance with local regulations
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper utilization of funds
- Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Oversee payroll processing for employees
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
