We are currently looking for a Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) role with the following terms & conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monitor and maintain the Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) application database and interfaces.
Perform daily system health checks, batch monitoring and job scheduling.
Apply configuration changes, patches and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Ensure optimal system performance, availability and reliability.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for trade finance system incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot application integration and data‑related issues between FTI and other banking systems (e.g., Core Banking SWIFT DMS).
Log, track and resolve incidents within SLA through the IT service management system.
Liaise with Finastra support and internal IT teams for complex issues (Level 3 escalation).
