Position Outlet Manager (Steakhouse)

Responsibilities

Ensure guests are well looked after from arrival to departure.

Inquire regularly whether guests are satisfied during their meal.

Provide attentive service, adapting to guest constraints.

Build relationships with guests, offering advice and fostering loyalty.

Promote the hotel’s F&B offerings.

Organize team work, including multi‑skilling staff as required.

Maintain the point‑of‑sale system to a high standard.

Manage guest flow, table placement, and reservations based on global activity levels.

Ensure equipment remains in good condition.

Develop and manage the restaurant budget, covering revenue and expenses.

Control food and labor costs to maximize profitability.

Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L statements.

Implement pricing strategies and promotions to increase sales.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (Steakhouse) or similar role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Highly organized with strong planning abilities.

Analytical skills, strong developer and leadership qualities.

Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Highly responsible & reliable.

Goal and result oriented.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Team player, able to collaborate with colleagues.

Familiarity with restaurant management software.
