Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HORECA sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and client mapping.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the hospitality and catering sectors.
Conduct product presentations tastings and training sessions for clients.
Gather market intelligence on competitors pricing and customer trends.
Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain marketing and finance) to ensure operational efficiency.
Analyze sales data prepare reports and present performance insights to management.
Manage product assortment distribution plans and ensure brand visibility in outlets.
Motivate and guide the key accounts sales team to meet business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company standards policies and ethical practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field .
7–10 years of experience in FMCG or restaurant sector sales preferably in HORECA.
Strong knowledge of the HORECA market key players and distribution channels.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
Valid Qatar Driver’s License required.
