Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service Create schedules and assign duties for efficient operations Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Develop marketing strategies to increase business Monitor sales and expenses to maximize profits Conduct performance evaluations for staff Requirements :

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team Knowledge of food safety regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus Salary :
